These terms apply when you use the Picasso apps for Mac, iPhone and iPad and their online services (the "Service"), run by Picasso ("we"). By using the Service, you agree to them. If you use it for a company, you agree on its behalf.
What the Service does
Picasso helps you design, localize and export App Store screenshots, and upload them to App Store Connect. Some features use AI. We may add, change or remove features over time.
Your account
- Some features ask for your email address. Keep access to it, it's how we reach you about your account.
- You need to be at least 16 and able to agree to these terms.
Your App Store Connect access
You connect Picasso to App Store Connect with your own API key, which stays on your device. Screenshots are only sent to Apple when you start an upload. You are responsible for what you publish, and for following Apple's rules and the App Store Review Guidelines. We are not affiliated with Apple.
Your content
You own the screenshots, texts and other content you create. Your documents are saved on your device or in the storage you choose, such as iCloud Drive. Make sure you have the rights to what you use, and don't use the Service for anything illegal, misleading or infringing.
AI-generated content
AI translations can be wrong, too long or not a good fit. Review them before you publish. We don't promise any ranking, download or revenue result.
Subscriptions, tokens and payment
- Picasso Pro is sold as a subscription or a one-time purchase through the App Store. Apple handles payment, renewals, cancellations and refunds.
- AI features cost tokens. The app shows the estimated cost before you spend any.
- Tokens you buy are one-off purchases and don't expire. Tokens included with a Picasso Pro subscription are added every month and don't carry over.
- We may change prices. A price change never affects tokens you already have.
Acceptable use
Don't try to break, overload or get around the limits of the Service, or misuse other people's accounts. We may stop providing the Service to anyone who does.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and correct, but we can't promise it will always be. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, rejected submissions or lost data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Changes and law
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date above and let you know first. These terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
